Does anyone know if United Cash Loans is an affiliate of MTE?

We stopped paying all our bills except the most urgent ones in April and May. Our debt is significant $75000 unsecured w/ Bof a and $10000 other unsecured. I am a realtor- and the $75000 os debt incurred from marketing a condo converstion that rolled out a year late and went back to leasing.

I received this letter today in the mail from Cash Call regarding my installment loan with them The loan was originally for $2500. The loan is about 15 monts into a 42 month reapyment schedule. July 1st was the first time I ever went over 30 days past due. The payments are due the 1st of the month. I recently signed up with T & C's debt management plan. Cash Call accepts payments from T & C but won't do debt modification agreements with them. They will only do debt modification agreeements with the borrower directly.

I have been served by Wolpoff & abramson . Going to court in one week. The first time I ever heard of W&A was the summons. The claim to be representing discover. I sent the letter for debt validation on June 11th. (certified and signature requested). I recieved the signature card back , but as of yet not recieved anything validating. I do not believe that they are representing Discover, I believe that they are affiliated with Axiant. (a shell company that is in reality a debt buyer) I would like to know if W&A or Axiant is licensed to collect in Texas?

I was about ready to sign up for PDL assistance before I found this forum.

I was harrassed by this company they threaten to cease my bank account and wages and also told me that if i didnt pay my debt by Monday July 21 they were taking me to court and that if didnt pay it there they would hold me there until i did pay it. I have never heard of this company we need to all file a class action lawsuit for the way we have been treated not to mention how they handled things very illegally.

What really happens during debt settlement? Do they really work?

ok we bought a bow flex 7 years ago it was a total of 1'000$ and the monthly payments was $50 monthly but we over paid them in monthly payment in $200 a month so we could get it paid off faster this vowflex kept charging us late fee after late fee even thou we where paying $200 month now how is that late and now it been 7 years and they just sent us a letter saying they where sueing us for $ 3,077.12 vut the johnson law firm and that they where going to garnish is wages if he didn't pay court date is set for oct sometime they even served us papers that was bought to us by a police.

A company name NRS took money out of account and I do not know who they are. I have disputed it with my bank, now what do I need to do?

Stunning. Absolutely stunning. I wouldn't reccomend it to children unless the parents are ok with letting them see violent imiges as well as brutal violence. You will get carried away in this movie and forget about Christian Bale being so hot and Heath Ledger being dead.
