I was drowning in debt ($10,000.00), did not know what to do until I came across this wonderful site about debt consolidation and let me tell you something they really help me out and now I am a free man!!! People think it's a waste of time, but it is not I let myself believe that and I was wrong you guys should check it out you will not be dissapointed link removed

I have read quite a few different things on this site about what steps to take - I'll admit I'm a little clueless on what order to do things in. I am going to ask my bank to put a stop on ACH (I have a storefront too so I don't think I can just close my account). I bank with Wells Fargo if that makes any difference.

I am reaching out to all the good people of this forum. I am 158 days late on a Capital One bill. I called yesterday to try and work out a settlement and they were not interested. They gave me 2 options to bring my account up to date.....which was nice- but in a few months, I'll be back in the same boat of owing way more than I bring home each month. My impression was that by waiting this long I was in a good position to negotiate?.....Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you BIG TIME...you guys are the greatest!!

i have this company in California calling me and telling me i owe them for a pay day loan i took out is 2006 my bank has no deposit coming in on that day they wont send me any information on it i even went to a loan officer to get the money but they wont tell her anything either they want me to give them a credit card aor debit card number to take care of it the number i have for them is 310 499-9984 they tell me there name is legal affidavit company and there add but they wont tell me anything about the company i owe other than the name is suppose to be us national bank they say inveticate

I am in the process of a Ch. 7 bankruptcy and one of the debts was Bank of America, which I included in the debt matrix. I pulled my credit report today and found lvnv funding llc on it for the amount (well, a couple of hundred extra tacked on) with the status being "in collections". Should I amend the Ch. 7 and add LVNV Funding LLC to it when the original debt is already on it? If I do, what's to stop them from moving it over to one of their other sleazebag operations? Help, please. DRoy

They refuse to close the account, at my request. they refuse to stop any ACH debits. They overdraw my account even though I have instructed them not to. What can I do?
