For involuntary repossession (like there are ever voluntary) and CC debt?

Ok...I have a Chase card that just went to Mann Braken for collection. I called Thursday and they told me it went on July 4th. I have a statement that said to call Chase directly for help and that's when I found out it went to collection. I asked if they could bring it back so I could deal directly with Chase and the answer was no. My question is...my current statement says a payment is due July 23rd. If I sent in a payment with the statement to Chase, would that then bring my account back to Chase? Thanks!

When a person consolidates, how much damage is done to their credit?

I was working with a settlement company, but nothing was accomplished. Now all accounts have been charged off. What percentage do collection agencies usually settle for? Any advise on how to settle with them?

Where do I find the cut and paste letters to send to the PD loan companies? Specifically, the revoking of ACH debits letter that is referred to in previous posts.

not so much as a question but this attorney went after me for my husbands credit card. My social was never used to establish the credit account nor did I even have a card with my name on it. It made it as far as my credit report which when disputed the credit reporting agencies removed it.

If your state requires them to have a license, and even though on their letter it says that they have a license, can you ask for proof that they do have a license? I know it might be a longshot but do you think it will work? And can it be part of the validation?

Good day to all. Have solved some of my PDL"S. Haven't heard from the (illegals) yet? My BIG problem is Cashnetusa the are acting like thugs! They're rude and threatening. They are refusing to set up any repayment without ACH debiting my new account. (Which is NOT going to happen). They guy this morning told me with giving me new checking account he ccan't diecuss any options. I told him that I have revoked ACH debit. He said that I agreed and that I can't change it now. What is my next step with them?
