Is there any way to search for posts by a particular poster and have them displayed in list form, like say the way the moderators control panel does it? This would help in getting rid of multiple spam by a single poster. I have been follow in azithrom for about 15 minutes so far. It would be nice If I could just search for all post by him and delete them in mass instead of one at a time.

I am getting real damn pissy with these topics on sifxpert in the debt cons/sett board. We give them a free place to discuss their issues and get shat on in return. They have the gall to legally threaten us for the postings here & I see no valid cause of action. I apologize in advance if my post here or there offend anyone, but a man can only take so much & I am damn mad when people do this to our forum. We work hard to help anyone who needs it & look what we get for our trouble.

Help please

17 years 10 months ago
I have about 12 credit cards and about 12,000 in total debt. I want to do debt settlement but am having a hard time finding a company to use that won't charge me a ton of money each month to help me out. Can anyone point me to a good company that won't rip me off and won't charge 50 bucks a month or more? Also 1 of my accounts is Dell. Is there any way of negotiating with them as I have read they don't ever let you debt consolidate that particular account. And lastly 1 of my other accounts is paypal buyer credit. Will I be able to add them to a debt consolidation?

The Ups and the Downs

Hi everyone- It's been a long time since I had a chance to log in, and I have really missed participating in and reading all the new topics. When I have some time, I'll have to sit down and read over everything I missed. Nothing like staying informed! So let's see, I didn't quite think this should go in my "progress" thread, as this is somewhat of a personal update. Anyway, I now work 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was up for a promotion at my main workplace that I have been wanting for 5 years. It would have increased my yearly income 25K more than what I am currently making.

Installment Loans Regulating Law

17 years 10 months ago
Hello, I want to pick some brains and get a little help on this topic. I am trying to find information regulating Installment Loans. Specifically the laws/requirments governing these types of loans. For example "Little Loan Shoppe" claiming to be a short term installment loan when they are a PDL. I have read in this forum that installment loans must be backed by a bank and licensed in their state to lend to out of state consumers. Then I have read that installment loans NOT backed by a bank must be licensed in the consumers state to lend.

How to revoke limited power of attorney for Sifxpert?

17 years 10 months ago
When I signed up with Sifxpert I signed a piece of paper saying it was a Limited Power of Attorney. I'm not sure whether this is an actual legal document but he was able to write a check to himself and withdraw money from my account. I authorized this as part of his settlement fee. I just looked at the check and it says: Signature Not Required. You Depositor has authorized this payment to payee. Payee to hold you harmless for payment of this document.
