I have applied for a debt consolidation loan from my bank but I was denied because of the credit card debt that I have...which is what the loan was going to be used to consolidate. I don't know what do next..anyone have some advice?

I have a payday loan with Fast Loans for $500. Any way couldn't pay or roll over the dumb thing so after calling and telling them whats going on and that I'll be in at the end of the month to pay half or all of it, they freaked out now they are going to garnish my husbands wages(he isn't even on the loan) since i'm off work for an injury and I'm going to jail and the are going to take me to court for the amount plus what ever the law lets them sue me for..blah blah!! So my question is if i'm paying them a little at a time can they do any of the above.

There was a post here earlier today about Sifxpert's web site shutting down and needed client e-mail addresses. I see it's been removed, but am wondering what it said because there are MANY of us trying to track him down and are wondering if this is really legit... Can anyone help me find out what it said?

A few weeks ago I applied for financial assistance through the 2 hospitals that I have a lot of bills through. I qualified for financial assistance for 100% of all bills from 2005 through today. I received one letter from one of the hospitals listing the account numbers, date of service and amount.

What does anybody know about how the NAF works? If/when I get a hearing scheduled, am I toast, or can I actually present my case, as I see it, and get cut some slack in paying off a debt? Thank you.

I have 5 internet payday loans and 4 store front (local) loans. When payday roles around It will take my whole check just pay the fees and the required percent down on the local loans. Help!!!!

I have two payday loans (payday select and payday ok). I defaulted on them last year. Shortly afteward I just started sending them what I could. I have no idea how much I owe but sent both companies emails today to request an itemized statement of my accounts. What should I do next? Just wait to find out how much I owe? Just keep sending them money indefinitely? Help! I'm in Michigan. Thanks.

Through fraud, my electricity bill is now at 3000 dollars and I don't know what to do. pacific gas and electric tell me i am no longer eligible for payment arrangements through them. my debt is just under 3000 dollars and I am wondering if I can utilize a third party to help me and pay them over time, since I am a student and will not be able to take care of this before they turn off my power... I've been sitting on the phone on hold with Chase for 20 minutes to discuss a settlement on my Chase Disney card. I called the number on my statement that it said to call888-792-7547 and they transfer me to another line that no one is answering. I asked for the direct line and they said that it is an internal number so there isn't a direct phone number. Does anyone have one? Thanks!
