Hmmmmmm, well OK. Yet another dilemma. As some of you know, skydver helped me write up an answer to a summons which stated "complaint for money" (it literally said that!). K-well, here's what's going on, I asked for a dismissal on the grounds it was an unvalidated debt, and even they [Arrow Financial Services llc] admitted to NOT having any documentation supporting their claim. So, that was about three weeks ago. Now, yesterday I receive a reply from the court, also a copy was sent to Arrow Financial Corp's Attorney.

i need to know about mte financial because i think my mom is being scammed and i want to know if it's a real company or are trying to rip her off

Hi there- Is XPress Cash licensed in the state of Illinois? I took out a loan from them back in 2004. Had many pdl's at the time and this one got lost in the shuffle so it was never paid back (I closed my checking account). They recently found my new banking account number and debited it for the entire amount I owed... from 2004... with no warning. I emailed someone who represents them and he said that the contract I signed indicated they could withdraw from ANY financial institution I banked with.

I've already gone through the 9 months of rehab, but they are still garnishing my paycheck for 4 weeks in a row. They are telling the garnishment won't end until they complete some paperwork w/ sallie mae. I keep getting the run-around w/ the collection agency, what are my options to resolving this issue faster.

I am trying to make arrangements with CMG but they emailed me back stating that the lender denied the request and the only option i had was to paydown or payoff my loan - anyone any luck with them.

I have been receiving emails from them almost everyday since I have defaulted the end of Feb...well..I just keep resending them my letter stating they owe me money as they are illegal to loan to me...anyway, this morning i get this email stating in big bold letters... "can you just pay what you owe us please". nothing else...but it was in response to my letter... i wonder when they will just go away?

This number has called 2xs this morning, when I called it back, it just says, "thanks for calling hold for an agent"

seems there is someone from a place called pemper and gartle advertising on every debt settlement post.please look into it.

I just read a post concerning this attorney and wanted to relate my own experiences. I have called a number of different attorneys over the past year seeking anyone who could assist me with my accounts that have been charged off and with third-party collection agencies. Matt was very open and honest with me. He told me it was not an overnight process and that at least he would get the calls to cease immediately.
