Hello, My husband passed away and apparently had a credit card with a bank I was unaware of that has ended up on my credit reoport. I have never signed any documents related to this card or ever utilized it, however my credit report has it as a listed liability, can you help guide me to get this right for my credit to be in good standing, I live in Georgia. I recently paid all creditors listed on my judgement, when I requested the company who had initially registered it against my name to have it removed I received an email stating that they had closed down about a year after the judgement was registered, how do I remove it now?

well I recieved a letter today from SD AG stating that they contacted westernsky in my loan matter and that they have t 20 days to respond. So now Im doing the waiting game has anyone gotten a response after the AG step in when dealing with these ppl or should I continue to send emails to them during the waiting period. At this point I would just like to have a paid in full and them off my credit report.

I took out 2 payday loans online ,I gave my correct bank info and wasn't able to pay it back now they are saying they are coming after me for civil judgement and criminal for fraud, I have 300 for one and 260 for another, I live in michiganand these are people that are being mediators and they are saying I could go to jail and I am scared, help please I really need it:(

I have $40k in credit card debt, $25k in attorney fees, $5k in VA GI Bill debt for withdrawing from courses, prob about 5k IRS fees and penalties, and $62k in student loans.
