anybody know interim cash services ach processor.. and what do i say to them?

has anybody have any problems contacting epayday laon.. there not licensed anywhere and i overpaid them 300 dollars i sent letters and complained thru the bbb all been ignored.. should i attempt to sue them or fire another round of letters?

hi all.. i live in Minnesota and we have this law that if a payday loan is licensed in another state there legal.. which i think is a sack of crap.. the mn department of commerce refuse to help me with gfs which is not licensed anywhere in the us. who do i go to? ag, governor or congressman? im trying to get a partition from other members from minnesota on here to get this law changed.

if i consolidate my credit cards it damage my good credit?

Do not include alimony or separate maintenance payments or amounts paid by your spouse if Column B is completed How do I answer that if I live with someone and this person provides the food and pays utilities for the house, do I enter that in?

I have been reading and reading all of the messages out there already about PDLs and how to stop them etc. etc. but I think I have come in to late because there is so much language I don't understand. So, let me start here, I am in MI and I want to make sure about legal issues (as I read on the other messages). But can someone take me step-by-step from the beginning (something about a letter being sent? to whom? the bank or the PDL companies?) and ultimately, my question is once you put the freeze on successfully are you paying off those loans on your own then?

In Michigan, what about putting a deposit only order on the checking account to save from having the PDL fees being taken out every day pay? Is that okay to do? Will it work?

I am in financial trouble, should I file bankruptcy or go through a debt consolidation company?

does anyone know of the company AIS Services they are a CA based in California. If so how did it go for you??

I have heard of getting a Pay for Delete agreement with a CA prior to paying, but has anyone ever done a Settle for Delete agreement? Thanks everyone
