I have a few accounts with CA's in the amounts of 600.00 500.00 1000.00 i plan on paying them off but i'm not able to right now. do they really take you to court on such small amounts or is it not worth their wild i'm in California i'm 120 day past due on my debt. macy's 1000.00 Premier Bank Card 500.00 Credit one 600.00

Vikas, These people are removing and locing posts that have actual case numbers and public records, but you do not remove slanderous statemets that cannot be verified. I assure you that a TRO will be entered before August. someone called my job and said if i didnt return call i'll be arrested in 2 hours.i called number when i got home.its a California number.they wanted me to pay 1000.for payday loan i had in 2007.he yelled at me when i said i didnt have it,and said go to jail then and hung up phone.how can i resolve this

I was wondering if anyone can help me. Today my father received a unsolicited letter by USPS saying a person is an independent unclaimed money tracker. Basically its saying there is a refund amount of 1366.31 for a property he used to own. The are asking for no money up front only after he receives his refund. The letter says its from a US Government branch. Does anyone know any websites for the government on unclaimed funds? Or can this be a scam? The letter that was sent had his old address so I'm thinking they found some sort of database.
