So I received a call from Phoenix debt management this morning regarding 5 payday loans. Yes unfortunately they are mine and they are all legal. The woman I spoke to at PDM Bonnie said that my claims are pending action scheduled in Clark County apparently meaning small claims court, unless I paid $250.00 on June 27 then she can help me with the payments. So my question is can PDM send my claims to small claims court?

I had a long thread called Capital One to Sue Me? Well, they didn't sue me, i settled. I was dealing with Nelson, Watson and they gave me such a hard time. Threatening to sue, screaming at me, etc. I felt so lost but this board helped me so much. Once I knew I had rights, I had more confidence to push. i'm still waiting on my paid-in-full letter but i know it will come. for now, i'm just happy i could agree on an amount i could afford. it feels great to have them off my back..

Does anyone know whether filing chapter 7 bk as an individual covers business debts incurred as a sole proprietor? My husband and I are getting all of our information together to meet with an attorney regarding chapter 7. My husband has a business line of credit ($5000) and a business credit card ($2000). Both accounts were opened under a business name, with my husband as the sole proprietor. So if he files bk, will the business debts be able to be included in the bk? Or will the business also have to file bk separately?

Hi, I currently have 5 payday loans and it has gotten out of control. I have to stop this and need help. This is what i have: Magnum Cash Advance 592.00 paid 230.00 (I have 3 more 230.00 payments with them) Cash Transfer Center 500.00 - they will debit 630.00 from my account next friday 6/27 The Cash Store original loan was 800.00 - not sure exactly how much i have paid. Opened Feb 28. I now owe 575.00 plus CSO fee of 117.58. The Loan Shop 300.00 paid 360.00 so far CMG Group 250.00 paid 300.00 so far Can anyone help me out with this.

Does anyone know of a company that does not require a set-up or retainer fee? We are always warned not to give these ds companies money upfront but the problem is...ALL OF THEM that I have found require this.

I have paid them thousands over what I originally owed them. I sent the letter and someone e-mailed me back. I then e-mailed her back and she just called me and said that she doesn't want to keep going back and forth and that she would send me to collections. I told her to please read the letter. I requested no phone calls and to only communicate via e-mail or USPS. She hung up on me. I don't owe a thing and in fact should get a huge refund. What are my next steps? Should I just re-send the letter to whoever is going to call me from a collection agency? Thanks.

I started to build a website on Microsoft Office Live and it was going OK until I tried to set up adsense and a couple others. It would not work.I called support and was told to do a Google search to see how others did it. That's support? Days later I am still in the same place and decided to find a new site builder. Can anyone recommend one from your experience that is easy to use, supportive and not expensive. I was looking into Blue Voda but I am not sure.
