I'm feeling SO good today! As many of you know, I purchased a home over 2 years ago, and due to my own lack of education about the homebuying process, and the lack of morals & ethics on the part of my mortgage broker, I got royally screwed over.

I did some looking round and I found out the truth. Some people say $1,000 per violation and some say $1,000 total even if there is 50 violations. all this information is from fdcpaexpert.blogspot.com

Quick click loans does not have a license in Alabama but they claim they are not required to have one. I took out a loan with them last year and have just recently missed one payment. They are harassing me at work constantly for one payment. What can they do if they are not licensed here? Can they garnish your wages? Even though I am going to pay them.

I noticed the Quick Click Loans does not have a license to operate in Alabama..since they don't what can I do if they keep calling because I missed a payment. But have been up to date for over a year.

I just tried to get my storefront pdl's consolidated and they said in Ohio, they could not. Any ideas on pdl consolidation?
