Any advice on what, if anything I should tell the payday loan people calling asking for their money? Debra in Calif.

Need to consolidate to one small monthly payment. Already getting phone calls I want to pay unable to make minimum payments

So, I still have not heard a thing from Cash Call regarding my loan that originated from Western Sky. They are still reporting to the CRA's of course, but unless I'm mistaken, they are only reporting that I am delinquent, but the balance isn't going up... I'll have to double check. I sent complaints to the South Dakota AG, and the California AG, and I got responses from both saying that they forwarded the complaints to the respective companies. So now I'll just sit and wait. Still trying to dispute with the CRA's to no avail yet...

I defaulted on a loan from US Fastcash due to family hardships. I live in Alabama and found out they they are illegal.

I took out a loan with Great Plains -- $1,000.00 have not paid anything toward the principal. I sent the ACH and wage assignment revocation letter to them and said I would pay the principal at $100.00/month. Great Plains responded that they removed the ACH and contact info from my account and accepted they would agree to me paying the principal only, BUT at $250.00/month in 4 installments. Should I push back and re-iterate that I will pay the $100.00/month as I stated in my original letter. By the way, I did close my bank account and opened a new one at a different bank.

[COLOR=black]These people are horrible! I sent the revocation letter back in Aug and told them that I still owed them 350 on the 500 loan I had and I wanted to schedule payments with them. I heard nothing from them until approx. 3 weeks ago. Then I got a call on my cell phone, work phone and home phone. Got a letter from collection agency to me and my bank requesting my banking account info. Can they dothat? Can the;y get money out of my account?

I am a born again child of God but I think I am not disciplined enough to stay out of debts, could you kindly advise me how can I come out of this debts

My loan with check n go is for 1500.00 Payment is 586 monthly. I would like to contact their corporate office to get an EPP for it because my funds are really tight trying to get out of the mess i have gotten myself in. My question is has anyone else got a EPP from them and if so what kind of payments did they agree upon for you. Thanks
