This is the message I receive today from the BBB. Ues MTE did offer for me to pay them another $300 on a $300 loan than I had already paid $270. Anyway they are not even licensed OK to lend let alone my state. My question is should I respond to this. Mr. Wade, We have reviewed this customer's complaint. She submitted a complaint directly to our company on 6/3/08 stating exactly the same thing that she is stated in her complaint with your agency.

Has anyone heard of this company? I don't have the number here at work and for some reason could not sign on to this website at home. They leave me message, important business matter? Please let me know. Thanks!

So, I could be mistaken here....but last night when I was falling asleep, I had the news on. I could've swore I heard...We thought the payday loans would be going away...however, now it may be up to the voters. I was in and out of sleep...so I am not for sure. I tried to research it this morning, but didn't find anything. Has anyone heard anything?

can someone give me some info on think cash. I borrowed some mone from them last year. I stop the payments after about 6 months and I have not heard from them since. Are they legit?

I have a letter stating owe debt to MRC Receivables but no details of what those debts are. The Marshall who sent the letter stated to make check payable to him (his name).. This does not sound correct I have heard of some scam going on.

Sooo, as i explain to my husband several weeks ago the details of debt settlement. He says to me........."oh, that's what happened with our gas bill." me - "mmm, what?" husband - "remember, with late payments the bill was $180. we couldn't pay it so we kept waiting for them to turn off the gas. They gave us two different notices to shut it off and we were thinking how weird, they still haven't done it. Then they offered us a one time payment of $40 to get it going." me - "oh my goodness, I totally forgot about that!" ****Just wanted to share.

Can someone walk me through this. I was served a summons from this collection agency. Today their lawyers wrote me a letter asking me to call them, I am assuming it is for a payment agreement. This debt is mine but I don't have that much to give them at one time. How do I go about negotiating with them when I call? I would really like to settle this. A little more info: The debt is for $2800, how much do you think they would be willing to take a month?

Just need some advice on how to proceed with these clowns. I'm located in Florida and recently received a $300 loan from them. Due to my own idiocy, I didn't have my payment in my checking on the due date. These guys never leave a message when calling me and have been calling my work on a daily basis.
