Please watch the following thread for possible lockdown: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/about46639.html This is the "I'm going to lose my baby" thread started by a guest who claims to have a gambling problem wherein she gets a payday loan, then instead of buying diapers for her baby (named Tijuana??), she goes to a riverboat gambling establishment and loses it all. Then she claims she has to sleep with the owner of this PDL store "Fullerton Pawn Shop" to repay the loan.

Arbitration Agreement?

If your loan has an Arbitration Agreement, does this mean its some type of alternative to sueing you or what does it mean. I understand its having a like 3rd party involved to "Chat" it out, but I don't understand it completly.

ZWicker & Associates

I've been working with ZWicker & Associates since September last year. The payment arrangemnts were setup for 12 months. Now they are saying that they are getting ready to go into litigation. Is it legal for them to sue me if I have a payment plan setup with them.

Getting out of jail

On credit? Granted, I'm out of touch with jail [which is a Good Thing, BTW.] Apparently you can now post bond with a credit / debit card. Fascinating... [center:d3ebcfa440][/center:d3ebcfa440]

Help-Im going to lose my baby!!

17 years 11 months ago
Please Help, I am in horrible situation. My baby is 6 weeks old and has no diapers. I keep going to the loan store and getting loans and instead of buying diapers I go to the local riverboat to gamble. It is like a job. I go to the pawn shop, get a cash advance, go to the riverboat, lose all the money, then I have to sleep with the owner of the shop to pay off my loan. My baby is the most important thing to me right now. I need to get this shop closed down. It is bad for myself and the neighborhood. If it doesn't I am going to lose my baby to her daddy.

Riverview Asset Management

I suspect a Collection agency is calling my friend's house 1-2 times a week asking for me. My friend tells them I do not live there. (I don't know what gave those people the idea to call my friend) The caller is Riverview Asset Management. 866-620-5498 I called the number my friend provided, and that's who it was, and got a recording saying they were assisting other people, and for me to hold. I hung up. I don't believe I owe a debt, except one for over $5,000 to a doctor, and I have an agreement to pay them $40 a month, because I am on disability. That debt began in 2001.

avoiding a charge off

I just discovered this site today, and I have been reading posts all day. My husband and I owe about $140,000 in credit card debts. Our current income barely covers our mortgages and our basic living expenses. We occasionally have a small amount of additional income from overtime or side work, but not nearly enough to keep caught up on our bills. It seems from reading these posts that our creditors will be more likely to negotiate a settlement if they are not receiving any payments.

Concert Update

We had the Stone Soul Picnic at the Venue on Memorial Day. We had the following bands: Ledisi, The Whispers, Chaka Khan (still GREAT) and Frankie Beverly, who came on after a power outage! On Wednesday, it was Iron Maiden--and I heard from backstage that these guys were very sweet and funny, especially the lead singer. A whole lot of 40 year olds acting like twenty year olds in the audience, but hey, it is what it is....Chicago with the Doobie Brothers next weekend!

My husband and I have over $140,000 in credit card debts and one small business line of credit. It's a long story of how we got there, and it took a long time and several unfortunate events to get us there. Two months ago we canceled all of our credit cards and sent letters to all of our creditors describing our financial difficulties. Several of them have offered reduced payment/interest plans, but we do not have enough income to commit to any of the plans.

Chat Room

It's so frustrating to me when I go there to see that I've just missed friends that I'd really like to chat with. There's got to be a better way of planning. I think Suebee once mentioned having different chats on different topics. Is there a way we could kick that off and set times for it? Just a thought...
