Edollars/MW Marketing sent me an email after I had said that I contacted their ACH processor. This is what they responded with..... You can have the ACH processor call us, but please remember that they work for us. We have done business with them for quite some time now. They know us as a reputable company; I do not think you will get much help from them on your end. However if it makes you feel better, by all means you can contact them. Thank you, MW Marketing, LLC Makes me laugh because I know that people are contacting the ACH and eventually they will drop them as a customer.

i have received my experian credit report recently and have some wrong info on it. to be specific my son's (he's a "junior") recent debts from another state i have not lived in for 20yrs, addresses, and his social security# are now listed on my acct. isn't this illegal in some way for another persons ss# to be listed on another persons acct by the credit bureaus? i mean my credit is far from good, but wouldn't this be like accusing me of fraud basically? or like i used his social?

My parents have a debt that they are aware of and do want to pay, it is a little over $5000 dollars. The debt was because of a life threatening illness and could not be avoided. Since this illness occurred their financial situation has been dire at best. At the end of last year a debt collector contacted them by telephone, got their bank information and has been taking monthly payments out of their account. He also made a deal with my father that my parents would sell their timeshare property and and that would cover the rest of the debt.

Please call my office at 800-801-0065. Call today and he gave me the case number. Question....anybody heard of him? What do they collect on? Also how do I find out if there really is a civil suit against me?

I have started getting zero balance letters from all of my creditors as I pay them off. I would like to send the information to the credit bureaus to update their files. We are trying to improve our credit scores and decrease our debt/income ratio in order to get a better house and interest rate. I assume that eventually the information would get to the credit bureaus (maybe), but we are trying to speed up the process in order to take advantage of the current real estate market. Thank you!

I have a car loan with a buy here/pay here lender. How can I get this positive credit on my credit report? They told me that they do not report to the credit bureaus, but gave me a printout of my payment history and loan information to do it myself. Now what?

I just got a call from the infamous BIG....first on my cell, which I did not answer, then at work, where I told them that "She doesn't work here any longer." Then they call my cell again..by this time I was mad, so I answered it and was told this is so and so from the legal department and I am a supervisor, blah blah blah. She asked what I intended to do about the loan before she got my supervisor on the phone and did a wage assignment. I reminded her that I had revoked any wage assignments per my letter and that I didn't work there any longer so that wouldn't happen.

I want to know if I could open up a fresh start checking online.

I just took a payday loan yesterday, I knew it was a bad idea and now I want to cancel it. What do I do?
