I just received this from mypaydayloan.com This is the PDL I paid $500 already on a $500 loan.... now they say I owe $575. I found out they were illegal and sent them a letter, fax and email stating I wanted my account marked paid in full since I paid the principal and I also filed complaints with the PA Attorney general and BBB. OSI (a CA) was 'hired' by the State of Maryland to collect unemployment I had owed. After 2 years of taking my State Refund I paid off the State, but yet OSI (as of the beginning of the month) is still sending me letters stating I still owe the State over $500 but yet the State says I don't owe them anything else and I am paid off. So I am not completely sure what to do. I asked the state to send me a letter saying such and they did but I have now 2 times lost the letter.

Hi All, I'm a little worried about phone calls to my employer,references and at home. I have sent a letter requesting they do NOT do this...but I know they will. Were all of you successful in getting them to stop and communicate in email/letter? And if so, how did you do it?

I noticed on my credit report that under the OC account, "recent payments" shows the amount paid $XX but no date of payment! I did not make any payment on this account. Is it possible that the CA made a payment trying to revive the account? I'm sending a letter to the CRA disputing this recent payment, is this the right move on my part?? Thanks!

I researched through my bank the ACH processors for the PDL's I had and was given the following: M1Y - Base City Bank 813-949-1878 MTE - Bremer Bank 651-734-4726 my cash now (Credit Protection Depot) - Cornerstone Bank 423-385-3013. Has anyone delt with another bank as opposed to an actual processor? I've already closed my account but they continue to try and collect (and I continue to fight for a refund)! Does anyone know if it would be effective for me to call these banks?
