I have an lvnv funding listed on my credit report however it does not belong to me, it could be my fathers or grandfathers who both have the same name as me but different middle initial. I would like to have it deleted off my credit immediately. what should i do?

I received a loan from paydaymax, I joined this site and found out they were illegal so I sent them revocation letters and they still tried to withdraw out of my account. Fortunately I called my bank and had the ACH transactions stopped indefinately from paydaymax. My question is will they try and withdraw under another name?

I unfortunately have 5 loans out . I live in the state of illinois and these are all internet loans. They are Cash Direct for 400.00 Vin Capitoal for 200.00 Cash Jar 800 Ideal Gelt for 900 Mlb marketing for 900 I need to know if any of these are legal in illinois . I will gladly pay the amount off but need the finance charges stopped. How do i do this . Or can I ask for a settlement.

Has anyone seen the new Western Sky TV commercial? The spokesperson states that it is now the "problem solver loan" to "help you get off the payday loan treadmill". My wife's income dropped considerably about a year ago and to make ends meet, I unfortunately started taking out installement loans. This was fine for a while, but I eventually was not able to continue paying them. The lenders are as follows: CashCall SOS Loans CashnetUSA ChecknGo All were for $2600 originally, current balances are now more than that due to their high interest rates. At this point I cannot even make one payment to any of them as I struggle to pay my regular bills and feed my family. The constant calls, texts and emails are wearing on me.
