Hey all so I just received a response from the Little Loan Shoppe and it states...."Customer agreed to 10 pymts of $60= $600. Im really sorry for her that we did not pay her off when asked. So far she has paid 5 pymts with 2 returned. I will accept $120 to have the account paid in full." HA!! How incorrect I paid 7 pymts with 2 returned so basically she thinks I only paid 180 and shes requesting 120 more to equal 300. And guess what I already paid the 300. So I rejected the offer obviously. So we will see what happens.

Has anyone ever heard of Newport Financial Services? If so, negative or positive reactions??

I'm dealing with Chase credit card and I thought they were doing better. I spoke to them yesterday and explained I was having some issues and they seemed understanding. I made a small payment of 35.00 and told them I would pay the rest next week which seemed ok with them. I logged into my account this morning to notice after I made the 35.00 payment they added a 35.00 late fee. It seems I'm never going to get ahead if they keep adding their fees on. I'm considering doing a credit counseling service does anyone know if Chase is good about working with those?

I am working with Sonic Cash on paying back the money owed. They want either money gram or checking acct info.... I told them no shot on either and I would send either money order or use credit card (pay by type). I dont understand why they dont take money orders? this is their last response: Jon, Those are the only two payment options.

There seemed to be a lot of people who have used them, I finally made up my mind to try them. I went to their web site, filled what was asked, they responded once and have not heard a word since. Now I have e-mailed them three times and still get no response. Is anyone having the same experience. If they are this hard to get a hold of before I have even signed up, then how much worse will it get if I have problems or need to talk to them. I don't expect some to hold my hand through it all, but I would like to get started and can't even do that with them.

Is there any way out of this mess? Answer: I will take out another payday loan and pay them for you before you get more calls from bottom feeders like I was once before I saw the light!

I am currently getting my wages garnished for Approved Cash Advance (they did not want to accept the $50 that I could pay every two weeks so now they are taking $217 every two weeks for three weeks instead, oh joy). I have to pay Check First this week and also finish up with 1st Choice Cash Advance, but they were willing to work with me. I have three more PDL's with Express Check Advance and Urgent Money Service, and Advance America. Oh, I forgot to mention that I have two internet ones, one with Cash Transfer Centers, which I now find out is Sonic, and another with payday-loan-yes.com.

Between having to entertain guests for three days and paying my rediculously high rent I found myself without cash last week for the weekend so I went to the automated encash points system that is now in place. It is now Tuesday and I am still waiting. I wound up hanging around my apt all weekend because of the gas prices. Is this now the norm? I used to encash overnight or in 48 hours max and now it is going on 5 days. I really needed gas to get to work and one of the other mods was kind enough to put some cash in my paypal until it went through. Thanks!

Anyone else notice this?

NCA apparently bought my CashNET USA LOAN from AIS. NCA called me yesterday, nasty people.. I borrowed $600.00 from CASHNET USA and paid back $300.00. I want to settle this but do not want to deal with NCA. Suggestions...Two things I have learned never get a pay day loan. And settle with them because the collection agencies are worst than the payday loan people.
