:confused::confused:I was telling my brother about my problems with the illegal tribal pay day loans. His girlfriend then took a few out on purpose because she "knew that they could not do anything" to her. She was trying to tell me to not even pay the principal back on the ones I have. I am planning on doing this after I get my legitimate debts back on line. I am not sure which ones she took from but I think that they were Blue King and Mobiloans My big issue is that she and my brother had a joint account. She gets paid once a month at least.

I arrived home tonight to find a business card asking me to call "Urgent Court Matter Pending". Woman I spoke to said she has to serve me papers, stating Capital One has filed a lawsuit against me. My question... Capital One was part of my debt management program through Care One Sept 2009-Aug 2011, paying $58/mo. I missed one payment in Sept 2011, they dropped me from the DMP. I attempted for months to have them re-enroll me, to no avail. Care One said I must wait 11 months to have them submit another proposal to get me back on program.

I am in MA . I have followed all the advice on here for illegal payday loans. And I listed my info and the pdls on previous questions. It has now been 6 weeks since I sent my letters and filed complaints with the FTC, Mass Division of Banks, and the Attorney Generals office. They have a assigned a mediator to my case.. My problem now is the harassment calls at work have gotten so bad, work is blaming me for it. I said today how can it be my fault when it is identity theft and scams.. Coworkers are starting to talk to them and listening to the garbage. And they were told to hang up on them.

I have been all over here and wrote my prob to an expert with no reply yet.............with all the reading i can see i n eed to send an ach letter to the 12 payday loan places.. am looking high and low for copy of ach letter sorry to butt in but can u help or tell me where to go for this?:confused:

I have debts. Many of which were cosumated during 2008. The debt is sitting there waiting to be paid. All the accounts are closed. I have not been able to pay due to hardships. I would like to know how I can get rid of this old piled up debt without filing bankruptcy. I would like a long term installment plan paying no more than 50 dollars per month that will actually get rid of the debt in sequence or all at once. My fico is 548. I have good employment but it is low wage. Any suggestions??
