(Waiting for editorial view) This video explains the purpose behind a health insurance savings account. I wish more employers would offer this benefit.

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to set up payment arrangements (to pay the principal only of course, since they are SO ILLEGAL)with them recently, had mail accepted, money orders cashed, emails or letters replied to, etc. I called them and they could not locate my account and had no information to give me, and yet they called trying to collect on it on April 21st. They don't respond to BBB complaints, AG complaints. Not sure what to do here.

Hi guys! Hope all is well with everyone. I've got a friend at work who has gotten herself into the pdl cycle. Scary part is that all of her loans are with storefronts. Here's the list: Easy Money Check Cashing-Council Bluffs, IA 1st-300.00 was due on 4/25 2nd 200.00 due on 5/2 Easy Money Check Cashing Omaha, NE 500.00 due on 5/3 Easy Pay Day Omaha, NE 500.00 due on 5/2 Ace Cash Express Omaha, NE 500.00 due on 5/2 Now the one that was due on 4/25 was returned by her bank on yesterday.

Does anyone have an email address or fax for Credit Protection Depot/Paydaymax? They are calling my references and sending emails... :twisted:

I had an account with only my credit cards as well as my husbands but he has decided to separate so I want to only pay for my cards.

Has anyone ever heard of A&A North American Financial. They are currently sueing me on a debt that was NEVER mine! They bought debt from citibank and says it was mine. I had a citibank card but I closed the account years ago and it was paid. The account numbers don't match and my card only had a $500 limit. They are saying I owe 5500.00. WOW....talk ab out crazy. They are also saying the account got charged off in Aug of 2001 (6 months after I turned 18.) I got my card in March of 01....and kept it until 03.

My son started getting bills from Spectrum Billing around Dec 07. Addressed to my son but the cell phone that the charge was made on was not his. He knew who the owner of the cell phone was and gave the bill to him and told him to straighten it out twice. well they started calling here. My son told them it was not his cell phone and to stop calling. They said the charge was made on his charge card, he told them he didn't have a charge card.We finally found out his Debit/Credit card which had been reported as lost in May 2007 was used on this Nov 07 phone call.

If you have a delinquent loan with Sallie Mae that is backed by Texas Guarantee, as of April 1, 2008 they NO LONGER WILL REHABILITATE YOUR LOAN to bring it current. Sallie Mae has a taken a position like any other bottom feeding creditor ( they are reminding me alot of HSBC/HFC) or collector and refuses to try to work things out, or offers unrealistic or other wise un acceptable solutions.
