Pressler and Pressler taking me to court to enforce Litigants Rights.. November 16, 2012.. Is this a scam? I found out that they already have a judgement against me. I have followed the advise, letter sent to them to validate the debt and numerous emails. I told them over and over to give me validation. I will make all the complaints I can against them. Hi, I know that payday loans are illegal in New York. But, if the loan company is located in another state, does the law of that state apply? Also, how can I determine if a company is licensed in New York? Thanks!

Does anyone have an address or contact information for Fast E Funds--or Fast EFNDS, LLC----I have the phone # 855-533-8637--and was informed this is an offshore lender--but cannot find an address or any other information on where they are located.

We had unfortunate circumstances beyond our control and not able to see how we were going to have enough money to take care of everything needed to be done end of August 2012. We borrowed $2,650.00 from The Cash Store here in the state of IL. The annual percentage rate is 403.00% HELP! this will not be paid until 2/20/2013. Total Finance charge to us will be $3,342.16. Carol was receiving unemployment and the last employer said she didn't check on all the avenues to stay with the North Shore Companion/Home Instead as a live-in caregiver.

We talked to Clinton at Blue Ridge last night, he said he could help get us out of are high interest plus very hight bi-weekly payment. These are killing us now. We both take medications and it's either get those or eat. Not enough money left on payday to do both. I'm reading good feedback on how so many have been helped. One of the illegal lenders that I sent ACH Revocation to called Red Leaf Lending NEVER responded to my request, however they DID stop the ACH last payroll. I have not received anything via mail or e-mail, but when I logged into my bank this morning I see that they wrote their own CHECK and tried to cash it yesterday!! $370.00 - my bank returned the check NSF - and I can see an electronic copy of the check online.

Please advise when the $200 per month you withdraw from my checking account will cease. Thanks, Tom Reidy
