PDL that I closed my account on is sending me this.........

I paid this company for a $250 loan, $750 just in fees until I closed my checking account. When I sent them the revocation letter, I was told by them that they revoke my revocation and would collect the $325 that was owed to them, I have to say I have not heard from them since and now this is what they are saying to me: Dear Value Customer, We wanted to let you know that you are eligible to reactivate your loan with Platinum B Services. If you are interested in reactivating, please contact Jessica at 1-866-722-2770 ext 109.

How about US National Bank? 410-807-4511

Again- threatening to download a law suit against me for fraud- had a case number of 20522 his name was Fran Jackson and he actually called me 3 times in a row. I requested that he send me verification of this loan (because I have no clue if I owe it or not) and that my lawyer and I would look at it at that time. He said you have until 5:00 pm to take care of this. I didn't give him a chance to say much else. Told him if he was going to sue me then sue me, I would deal with them at that time and asked that he not call me again at work.

Allegro Law Firm reviews – has anyone worked with them?

Allegro Law Firm reviews: Has anyone heard of them or worked with Allegro Law Firm. I have not seen anything on them and I am being pressed to make a decision. Just can't make up my mind if I should do debt settlement, or credit counseling. 4 of my cards have gone to collections and one, the largest is still willing to lower my interest or I could do Credit counseling. I am torn and don't know which is the best way to go. So much negative stuff on here about debt settlement that it has me scared to go that route.

Medical Debt

My husband had cashed an insurance check that was sent to us by mistake. Now we obviously owe that money to the hospital. I have been making monthly payments to them, but they are not satisfied. They want the full amount of the insurance check plus $500 a month for the balance. What can I do? They basically want $3700 up front. We are living on one income which is about $1200 a month after taxes.
