Actually, this was originally a post I posted as a reply to another topic in another area of the forum, but the more I thought about it, the more I thought it was actually in some way a success story, and an illustration of how wonderful this forum is and how beneficial it is to be part of it. So I thought I would go ahead and post it here. Last night ( I work a 6pm to 2 am shift. Blech ) while on one of my breaks, I happened to sit down with a fellow co-worker.

came into work tonight only to have voice mail from a robert lewis. claiming to be an inhouse legal rep for payday-loan-yes. informing me that they are looking to press charges for fraud. from what i have read this is something they cant do. how should i respond to this dont want to keep getting calls at work.

The federal govt keeps holding my tax refund for the USDA for a FHA loan back in 2006 when my house was foreclosure on what can I do to stop them from doing this?

I received this mail....it is another phishing scam. Good Day, On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Clooney I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter was returned undelivered.I hereby attempt to reach you again by this same email address stated on the WILL. I wish to notify you that late Clooney made you a beneficiary to his WILL.

Getting into the car today to make a quick run to the store today with my daughter was an eye opening experience. We sat down and put our seat belts on and as I am pulling out of the drive she starts to rifle though some junk mail I had tossed into the floor and then loudly exclaims to me “Mom, you got another credit card?!” I looked at what she was holding up to me and told her no, that it was a credit card offer and it was in the floor because I'm throwing it out and that I would be crazy to get another credit card.

I have a couple of questions I could use some insight and suggestions on. One of the first questions on the interrogatories is: State name, address, ph number, date of birth, employers address. Just how much personal information am I upheld by law to give? On the part, that request admission, is it appropriate to answer that without sufficient documentation, I am unable to affirm or deny any such admission? Help. :?
