Its been a tough year with the economy. I got involved with a few payday loans to make ends meet and that turned into about 11 total with a debt of around $5,000. I am behind on bills and the mortgage due to it. I contacted Langhorne to see if they can help, but I am unsure. I live in PA and can't seem to find any laws on payday loans as far as going to jail or being sued etc.. I am considering closing my PNC checking account so the ACH debits dont hit next time around which is April 25th. I am so depressed because of this and dont know which way to turn.

I dealt with these guys last July after they sent stuff to the National Arbitration Forum. I though they were done with. I got them off my credit report, and everything was good, well today I got a letter from the NAF saying the stay had been lifted and they are going ahead with the Arbitration. Anyone get this, and what did you do to get them to leave you alone. Thanks

dealing with payday-loan-yes. just requested debt verification & they want 35.00 for that. has anyone else run into this.

I'm a young female that has aquired a lil bit of debt. Tho it may not be over $3000, I still am not able to make my required payments. In order to keep my car and phone, i have been missing payments and now I cant even make due... Would you be able to Help someone like me? Discouraged Girl F/19/MD

Has anyone received a loan from this company and received late night calls, repeated calls to your place of employment after being told not to call. If so, please contact your state attorney general office and the Federal Trade Commission asap. Mr. Derek R. Jones thinks he is above the law and we as consumers have to show him that he is not the boss.

I was made aware by my prior residence that there was an attempt to serve me by Sherrifs office for a debt i presume, that was from a LLc corp i had a couple of years back, at the time i personally guaranteed the loan along with my partner. They dont have my current address. Do they need to officially serve me for this to go to court? and what happens after service is made? How long after service is court date usually? At court will payment arrangements be offered? If its the debt im thinking about its probably in the 20- 30 thousand dollar range.

I looked at my credit report and noticed i had $650 in collections from a storage unit back in 2003. I had automatic payment set up off my check card. When it expired it was too late the units contents were auctioned off back in 2003. It didn't show up till 4 years later. I called the agency and they explained it to me and they were cool about it. I assume the business got sold and the new owners went through the records and are trying to settle thing up. What are my options for paying them back? Can i negotiate a lower pay off amount?

I have three 60 day lates and three 90 day lates on my credit report from Citibank. The lates came from deffering my student loans. Citi screwed up with my paper work both times. They said it would come off my report, but nothing happend. What is the best way/process to getting it removed. What are my options?

Has anyone used them before? Are they a reputable company? Is it as easy as they say to get a cash advance loan?
