Good Morning, I received a call from a colleciton compay w/address of 1338 S Foothill Drive Ste# 325 SLC UT 84108. They would not tell me who they were or what it was in ref to. I need to know if the a legid or not. Thank you, Kathleen M Wright

I'm new and totally screwed. It's not that I can't pay back the debts, but i'd like to do it in the best way possible to repair my credit report. Anyone care to let me harass them with questions for a bit?

Target National Bank has a record on my credit report and I would appreciate if you would remove this off. It has been paid off and closed for 5 years and is counting against my credit. Please contact me back as soon as possible, so I don't have to take further action. Kathy Brandvik acct# xxx

So I had an initial consultation with Rauser and Assoc. and paid them $100 initial retainer. I sent in the final payment of $880 last week and it was cashed this past Monday. I wanted to file Chap 7 but he told me he believed I made too much, but he would try..if not then I would have to file Chap 13. He didnt make it seem to be all that bad...I mean I know my credit will be hurt...but it already is. Now, I am reading all of the negatives about Chap 13 and am reconsidering. Do you think it is too late?

They didnt close my other account all the way and is now over drawn by 800 bucks. They drained my savings account to cover some of the over drafts . So I need to reverse all those charges and I have to wait for them to clear first. My contact at the MD Commissioners office said that she could help me with that too. I thought everything was cool. Now I gotta open an account somewhere else.

My question is in reference to a medical bill from November 2007. I was waiting on my IRS refund to pay it but it went to collections two weeks ago, balance is $225.00. I want to pay the hospital but not sure if I should send them a check for the balance with my last statement from March and see if they accept it or should I not bother with them and deal with the collection agency? Thanks for any help.

I have 5 payday loans and need help getting out of them.

HI Just contacted by a "law office" for a defaulted payday loan from Quik payday.$495!!! I am sure this loan was paid. I have not had a loan in years with them!!!they say its 2005 but that is untrue. I researched this and this company is even out of business?? What do I do?

Does this community help with all debt and not only credit card debt?
