:confused: This loan has put me in a bad place.. I borrowed $300 and was told the interest was $90...four payments of $90 has been deducted from my account.. total of 390.00 I was told this would be a payoff.. I spoke to someone on the phone name unknown.. advised $140.00 would be due each month... I just received a call from a supervisior no name was given.. what a rip off ..I am going to report this to my bank as a fraud..no help from these people.. I am having heart surgery on Friday and can not deal with this..:rolleyes::lol:

Hello This forum has been a huge help!!! I was drowning in payday/installment loan debt. I borrowed 2525 from WS/CC on 10/11. I have made all the payments up until I found this website. I sent CC/WS the ACH revocation letter on 11/02/12 and filed a complaint with the NJ AG. I received a pretty thick letter from CC yesterday....it says I'm bound by tribal law etc etc when I signed the loan agreement it was as if I was in their territory. Is this true or is this just a another tactic that they are trying to use? I received at least 15 calls yesterday from CC,I'm not answering.

I have been contacting this company repeatedly asking for an address to mail in my payment to pay them in full and they just keep ignoring me, but they keep adding interest. What do I do? I had fraud on my checking account so it is closed. They can't take money out of that account. I want to mail them the money. This is seriously crazy that they won't respond to me.

Over a month ago I had a total of 3 pdl's with 2 different companies. I was drowning in "interest" payments every 2 weeks. One night I was googling internet payday loan laws and I came across this site. Now thanks to all the help and advice on this website I have received paid in full emails from both companies. My fiance and I both live in Florida and have several oustanding balances with "pay day lenders". They further stated that if I did not send them 282.00 by 11/09/2012 to pay off the balance I borrowed of 600.00 they I would owe a grand total of 948.00 more.

I have keeping getting calls from a Mr. Greg Rider a paralegal with Unified PS group about taking me to court for a loan from mypaydayloan.com. I live in the state of Texas. I had been emailing with them to set up payment plan but now it is with this company. I can't tell if it is a scam or legit. Will they really take me to court? I agree to set up a payment plan but the more I think I about it I feel really unsettled and I don't know if it is a scam. How do I find out if it is a scam? Has anyone else had any contact with them? Thanks for your help in advance
