How do i get them to remove the negative info they put on my credit report. I already paid this bill to the original credit witch was my doctor and still my doctor ?

Has anyone ever heard of this pdl?

I also received a colletion letter from Northland Group which they said, I have an outstanding debt on a credit card some 10 years ago. I asked them why it took so long to contact me and they said, they were trying to locate me. I find this very strange and I'm very suspicious. The letter states an approximate amount of $2000.00 and they would settle for $220.00. I told them I was a victim of a credit card fraud around that time so they're asking me to send them a police report which I have. Being this is a suspicious matter, I'm not sure if I should. :confused:I live in Ohio and I have 3 pdl that are taking my whole paycheck now. Western Sky which was sold to Cash Call, Plain Green and Cash something else. What can I do. They don't want to work with me to lower my payments. I feel so helpless. I work my butt off to earn my paycheck and all it goes to is fee for the pdl. My check is not even paying the loan down just the darn fees. Help EMAIL REMOVED PER TOS credit counseling help?

I live in MI have several PDL's . Am looking to go with Solid Ground Debt Settlement in FL. Any warnings advice? Anybody know them or use them? Can I do this myself?

I live in Texas. Today while at work my cell phone rang. Not recognizing the number, I hit ignore. The caller immediatly called back. I hit ignore. The third time I answered because I was worried it might actually be important. The man told me he was a locator for a pre litigation firm and he needed to let me know he would serve papers to me this afternoon.I asked what this was in regard to. He tells me some hogwash about the envelope being sealed. He gave me a numbe to call and a claim number.

i am so excited. 3 out of my 6 payday lenders have closed my accounts and satisfied in full. i want to thank all of you for help. could'nt have done it without you. cash call is the only one giving me a hard time but i am gonna stand my ground. thanks again

Hello everyone, this is really embarrassing but I took out a 350$ payday loan 10/17 and it's due today 11/5 for 405.00. I also live in Washington State, I am unable to make the payment, but will be fully able to pay the whole thing off on 11/20 my next paycheck. I just called collection's and they couldn't do ANYTHING for me because it hasn't gotten to them yet. They told me to LET it go to collection's then they will be more than happy to work "somthing" out with me. But that's all I got out of them..... What hell storm should I expect in the next 15 days? who should I call next ?

Anyone you would highly suggest to use? I am currently being courted by Pacific Debt but there are fees involved. Thanks
