I got in trouble about a year ago with appling for payday loans,i have a gambling problem. i have been getting help with this for over 9 months now. i finally paid off 2 intown check advance places this past week. i have 4 other i am working on. What i need help with is the 11 online places i took out a loan at. My bank acccount has been closed for 8 months now, i owe the bank over 2k in fees. I live in Iowa and received the loans at my bank in Nebraska. I want to set up payments with the companys i received loans from, but some keep calling or e-mailing me, some wont even set up payments.

Hello, I received a call the other day from the Law off of John P Frye law Office working for Atlantic Credit and Finance. They just recently (weeks ago) Purchased a debt from Capital One. It was an $8000 loan that was unsecured. I was making regular payments for about a year, and then money problems started. I tried working with them (Capital One), making payments when I could, but they sold it anyway. I wanted to make payment arrangements with the the law office of John Frye working with Atlantic credit and finance, but they also would NOT work with me.

I realize not everyone is reading my thread, so I am throwing this out there to see if anyone has heard of this. I defaulted on my loans, storefront, and have one lady telling me she called the bank and they said my account was still open, the funds were there, but she took a certified check to the bank on Tues. and the funds were not there? She asked if I just did not want to pay her? I told her that I had told the truth that the account was closed and no one should have told her the account was open? Why would she and how could she get a cerified check from me from my old check?

I had an idea last week and I PM'd Vikas about it, he told me to go ahead and start a thread. So I had asked Cannr to help me with the idea. But now we need a little more help from all of you. When Mike came in here telling us of his father, we all supported him by telling him we would have him and his family in our thoughts and prayers. Well the idea that I had was to try and collect a small donation of points from the members and then have Vikas take those points and send Flowers to Mike's father in the Hosp. and if there was any money left it was to be donated to Mike's family.

What do you say to a Credit Card company? What words do I use? How do I get them to: 1. Reduce my interest rate; and, 2. Possibly shave off some of the debt? I am just getting by now, everything is current, but I am only paying minimums. My husband wants me to call the companies, and I am SCARED TO DEATH. PLEASE HELP!!!

Has anyone had any experiences with Superior Debt? I am considering using them for debt reduction. I am looking for some feedback on their practices.

so everyone says stay away for chaper7 well guess what i got one of the top bk arrorys in my area not as bad as you think and the phone call stop dead next day thats right nothing at all go figure im not to concerned about my credit report is messed up anyway what 10 years i can sleep :)

Does your credit suffer from having accounts that show Derogatory but list a "0" Balance?
