Payday loans yes, calling my job being very rude which I didn't care much but what I did care about was the man was not being professional at all. Threats and hung up on me twice. I ask for the company information to submit to my Attorney and he refuse to give it to me. I asked him to call me at home and not at the office. He stated something rude and hung up on me. I have a couple pdl's that were taken out over 2 weeks ago. In the meantime I had my wallet stolen which had my debit card and checks in it. The bank immediatly froze my account. Now I have a pdl threatning me. Any advice

SJM Marketing and ASAP has sent me to collections! I have 30 days to respond. Here is my problem. I don't know who ASAP Funding is but it is the same collection agency as SJM. The name is Glacier Star Group. How do I respond to the collection agency?

I was checking my credit reports out and Experian and Equifax were fine. When I checked my Transunion report there was a civil judgement from American Finance-they were included in my bankruptcy(chapter 7)and then under bad debts I have or that were included in my bankruptcy it shows American Finanace again with a different amount and different account #. Also there was a CA that was listed on there saying I owed a cable company that I had paid off in full, it came off of my other 2 reports not Transunions.
