Here is my story!

I got into the payday loan trap 7 years ago. Get this I borrowed from local store front lenders to have money to "blow" on the weekends, so my husband would not know how bad I was at following our budget. Well I finally came clean, borrowed money form my parents (totally humiliated myself) and paid off some. Then it was time for vacation, well no moneyt no worry, borrow more payday loans. Again the cycle started. Again groveled to my parents, got lectured by my mom and paid off a couple. (Way too embarrassed to tell the exact amount).

Medical Bills and Credit Reports

I am 25 years old and just requested my first credit report. Overall my FICO score was great and my report was very positive. To my surprise I found a Dr. Bill in collections for $162. I NEVER knew about this-- it was related to a surgery I had several years ago. At the time of my surgery I was covered under my parents insurance in addition the completely financially supported me. The bill was for above and beyond what the insurance covered. My parents opted not to pay this bill and now I am on the hook for it. Is there anything I can do it get this off my report?

For anyone who is dealing with MyCashNow and/or PayDayMax

I have a question. If anyone is dealing with these people has there been any email communication from and/or to them recently? I know that on their site I am being flagged as login failure. I am assuming it is because I stiffed them, or so they think. However, I have been sending emails to them and each one is returned as undeliverable, fatal errors, or connection refused. I had also assumed that this had something to do with my personal account. However, I resent them this morning, from a totally unrelated email, and they also came back with the same nonsense.

MTE FINANCIAL

Hey there. I replied to a previous post I'd made, but I cant find the reply. Forgive me if it shows up and I am repeating the post, but I really need some feedback. I used some advice posted on this forum and called the CA Attorney General and also used a form letter found on the forum to contact the companies I'm dealing with. MTE Financial received a letter indicating that I'd paid them $625 on a $300 loan and that I should be considered paid in full. Am I wrong here? This is the response I received: RE: Your Complaint Ms.

Just got done watching The View that had a segment with John Stosel on "age of consent" Since i have a teeage son, this topic was an eye-opener. The issued covered the situation where there are two teens having consensual **** and got caught and the boy being forced to register as a **** offender. Some states from what i understand do not separate the two categories. So some kid that has **** with his girlfriend can potentially be labeled as a **** offender.
