Does anyone know what vendor may use the ACH names of: Payday Trans GRC Funding Also, I have two that I'm pretty sure are not American, Cash Today and GFS. Do I have to respond to Attorney's settlement offer if I plan to fight (paying the loan) in court? I already answered summons and I am just waiting for court date to be set. And would it be looked upon unfavorably by the court if I do not respond to Attorneys offer to settle?

I just love it when some loser tries this tactic. I tell 'em, "go ahead punk, make my day." It just opens the door for me to counter sue for all he owes plus fees. And we know what we are doing and will win. Furthermore, if some deadbeat should actually get such a judgment, you know what he'd get? A BIG FAT NOTHING! My assets are well hidden. I'm judgment proof. ROTFLMAO!

This is an excellent way to make some extra money, I'm a member of a few survey websites and I make about $20-30 a month. My full time job and school cut back on the surveys I can do but if I had more free time, I'm sure I could make more money doing them There are tons of survey sites out there and if you do a search you can find loads of companies. Thought I would let everyone know I recieved an e-mail, pertaining to the Tax Rebate Checks. The website was called Advancerebate.com. As I was looking furthur into it, I discovered this is a Payday loan. If I wanted an "opportunity" to get my "advance tax rebate", I could through their site. Keep clear!! Payday loans are terrible!!

Hello All, I called Cashnet USA and asked them to discontinue debits to my account and told them that I'd like to make money gram payments or mail payments instead. The Rep said that they will not stop the debits because the account is still open. Has anyone else had this problem?
