hi everyone i wrote that debt validation letter.i need to send it tomorrow soon as i wake.anyone know there address its national enterprize the collections who say they wanna sue me for 1,000 dollars if i dont pay 265.00 dollars now.so i must send this in the morning.i live in pa,if that helps.

Since 2004 all that has shown up on my credit report was where I had a repossession and the balance on the loan was $0.00. All of a sudden midland credit management shows up in November 2007 and I get a letter from them Feb. 2008 saying I owe them money. I received a letter from MCM saying I owed them $6,143.08. I sent a validation letter asking for validation of the debt, proof they were licensed to collect in my state, proof they owned the debt and media to back-up the amount they claim I owe.

My bank account with Washington Mutual was charged off in late 2004. Has the SOL for collection on the account passed? I live in WA state.....and can someone please explain this SOL stuff in simple terms?

Look if you are willing to pay using a debt consolidation and the credit cards co dont want to accept them who cares if they sue you . If you are at the point in you life and money is what it is and you bill are what they are you must have been in some bad shap. But you are willing to pay them somthing so if they sue you and you dont own anything i mean nothing so what could they take. You are willing to pay its not like you are saying you dont want to pay.

I originally posted 2-3 weeks ago asking for advice when my wife received a summons from NCO Portfolio Management. Thanks again for all the responses then. Since then, we went to court. Here's the full story so far: Exactly a week before the court date, she called NCO's attorneys, Kramer & Frank, to discuss settling out of court. She offered $100/month if they would drop the suit. The rude representative she spoke with would not accept this, and ended up hanging up on my wife. Before she hung up, she said she would be sending a confirmation of the oral agreement my wife had made.

closed bank account at pnc bank today. have another account at same bank. live near pittsburgh,pa. have 5 pdls. not sure what to do now that my account has been closed.all loans are through the internet. little loan shoppe owe 200 have paid 240. cashnet usa loan for 600 have paid 270.paycheck today.com loan for 250 have paid 375. payday-loan-yes owe 260 have paid 240. and route 66 funding owe 60 dollars the have been hitting me for 35 dollars for months now. all of this has been driving me crazy. i haven't had the money to pay my car. insurance. and other bills. what should i do next??

need a letter that states as per our conversation, we have agreed to settle this claim and no further charges should be made. Thank you
