why do i owe you

i am being sued in baltimore maryland by a company called hydra financial. they are say that i took out a loan for $150. which i never took out a loan from this company. i never talked to anyone from this company.

I have received a few calls recently about a loan taken out 4 yrs ago. The first call stated that I was going to be serve on the 1st of November and have to sign a certified notice of intent. They left a rude message with my father in law and called again today and stated that unless I pay the amount owed I will be served tomorrow. When asked if he was a process server as it was stated in my voice mail the man stated he was not and was giving me a chance to clear it up before he arrived tomorrow. Now how ligitimate is this caller?

Hi, I have seen many threads on Cash Call. I borrowed 2600 last may (2011) The loan was from Western Sky and turned over to Cash Call. I have paid over 5000.00 and still owe over 3000.00. I can't close my bank account because it is overdrawn. I have never been behind until now. Tomorrow I will officially be late. What can I do? I live in Massachusetts. Thank You Heather

I had a family member take out a loan through Western Sky for $5,000 over a year ago, and I only found out about it after they started having trouble making the payments. why they chose to do this is beyond me, but the truth is that there are a lot of people in this country who make very poor financial decisions.

Has anyone ever heard of a don helms from pr solutions? I have tried to google and I am not coming up with anything. He has done called my work three times back to back after being told not to call we are not allowed to have personal calls. I hate that these people quit calling my cell and just started calling my job. It was so much easier to locate them and send cease and desist letters...

I am in payday loan hell:mad:. I have loans with zip19, greatplains lending, splash advance loans, and cash central. Are these legal in Kansas? I have heard zip19 is not, if this is the case for all of them what is my next step?
