Can anyone on here help me with my payday loan debt? I was inexperienced and apparently didn't realize how bad payday loans really are. I first got two so I could pay off bills after my car broke down, and was barely making the minimum payments. Then I was trying to get a bad credit loan (my credit is AWFUL), and Fremont Lending Group contacted me and (aaugh!) I believed them at first, when they said I could get a $10,000 loan if I paid the first 5 monthly payments in advance for security.

I got a letter from American Mediation & Alternative Resolutions stating that Cach Llc had filed suit against me, and that I would get a summons served. As of yet, two times that PCexpressusa has knocked on my door I haven't been home. I have no idea what this is about........the letter from the mediation firm does have a court ID on it......please help!!!!!

I haven't heard anything from any of them! Well pdl-yes (unt quick cash) has called a few times. I keep telling them that I sent a money order over, which they are claiming that they didn't receive, although 4 separate people have verified the address for me. I told them I will not give them a dime, they have the money order there, somewhere. Because someone signed for it :lol:

Can you find out if they have been cashed? I have my slip but I'm not finding a number to call to see if it had been cashed?

After a cease and desist is sent to a collection agency, do they have the right to contact you one last time? If so, can you request that it is in writing only?

We are doing some changes to mydebts section. Please let me know if you want to access mydebts sections. On a temporary basis we have disabled it. Thanks, Vikas

Need some advice! I have so many payday loans I don't even know who they are all with anymore! I had to close my checking account due to my debit card and checks being stolen. Was supposed to have PDL's debited from account this past Friday. What can I do now to keep them from hounding me. I want to pay what I owe, but I can't pay them all at once. PLEASE HELP!

So, I have several pdl loans. I paid off a few about two months ago, but because of trouble with my bank account, found myself without a way to pay the remaining pdls for some time. I was unable to get a new bank acct (even with another bank) because apparently my messed up bank account shows up as something like a credit mark. I'm not sure how it works. So because I was unable to rewrite with my pdls, I haven't been able to pay them, but tried to negotiate payment plans. However, all of the payment plans were way out of my budget range, so I started waiting and saving.

I suffered a stroke 3 weeks ago and while in the hospital FAMS began calling my wifes cell phone and my son's home phone. My wife told them that I was in the hospital from a stroke and they acted as if they could care less and wanted to know who was handling my finances. I am back home now, but the stroke affected my vision and I can barely see, but I stayed up all night a few nights ago and used JC's template for the DV letter and also a Cease and Desist and sent them. I haven't received the green card back yet though.
