I wanted to know if there is anyone out there that knows a man by the name of Major Fuller in Division 412, that is all he says when he calls me from an unknown number according to my caller ID, and he says I need to call back either me or my attorney at 888-724-4111. But when I call they just laugh and hang up on me and then they call me back with the same message, this is really worrying me!!! Please help? Anyone??

Hi, I just got approved from this company for a loan at a 2% interest rate for a loan of 15000.00 which would help me and my family a lot due to the fact we are relocating. Has anyone heard about them. Amber

I have defaulted on 4 storefront loans in Louisville, KY, which are as follows: Quik Cash - 460 Action Loan - 488 KY Payday Advance (Advance Til Payday) - 470 1st American Cash Advance - 470 I don't have money to pay any of these loans and I can't afford to pay them in 3 or 4 payments. I need longer terms and the payday loan shops don't seem to be willing to offer longer repayment terms. One, 1st American, said I could rewrite, but that keeps me in the trap and I can't afford it. Any advice on payday store front lenders in Louisville, KY and how to avoid having my paycheck garnished?

Greetings - need input please. A recent review of my credit report shows a credit card account as a 'charge off/sold to another'. It is scheduled to drop off 8/09. The account was actually included in a Chapter 7 filing. Would be better to leave it as it is now or challenge it & have it corrected to be show included in Chp 7 filing? Thanks!

Last June I got into the payday loan cycle. Thanks to this site, I regained control of my money and settled with most of the payday loan companies. Stupidly, I took out three more payday loans recently because of car problems (you'd think I would have learned my lesson.) Anyway, I was thinking of consolidating my debt with T & C for my three payday loans and also credit cards. I was wondering what other people's experience was with T & C. Thanks for your help. I love this forum.

I need some ideas - I have a friend, that may need to leave her husband soon. Problem is, she has 3 dogs. Any friends or family that she could stay with couldn't take the dogs. But as any dog owner knows, she can't just leave them. She can't afford to get a place on her own right away, so she will need to rely on her friends and family for a roof . . . . But what about her babies? There has to be something she can do???? Something temporary??? She can't give them away, that would be too much. What other options are there? Does anyone know about rescue groups?

Well, just like everyone else I got into a situation where I needed some extra cash, so I thought it would be ok to get a payday loan online. Well, I did a few and one of them so happened to be with GFS. To make a long story short they are always putting my account in overdraft. I have already paid them there money, but it seems like they want more than what they gave me. I don't want my bank to close my account. Please help!!!

Last night I got a message that was left on my office voicemail at 8:45 pm from a Robert Allen from ARM for me to call him right away!!! It was 8:45 pm and I don't work that late!!! I called him back today and he started yelling at me to pay my bills and that they are representing Paycheck Today for a loan that I had with them in November, 2006. I told him that first the loan had been paid off and secondly, that the company (Paycheck Today) was not licensed to do business in Florida. He said that it didn't matter, that I took the money through the internet and that I needed to pay.
