About a week ago when I was asking questions on this website I found someplace where I could have the question thrown out everywhere and I got some good answers but don't know how I did it. Hope you know what I am talking about and can tell me how to do it.

I went to T&C for debt consolidation and ended up being routed to curadebt and went with them but I am not too happy about the way things are going. Has anyone out there done business with them?

I have prepared bankruptcy papers with the help of an online bankruptcy site for my ex-husband. I am now ready to file paperwork with the courts, can I file them or do he have to do it?

While I was in college, I was not a very financially responsible person and let my debt get out of control. I finally got myself in a place in my life where I was able to start paying off some of that debt, and over the course of the last year, I have paid off three of my biggest debts from that time. I paid off the last of the three this month. How soon will this be reflected on my credit reports?

My question is about negative items on your credit report. If you successfully pay off items that have been in collections, will they be reported to the credit bureaus as being paid and will this eventually raise your credit score? Will paying off charged off items raise your credit score? I'm trying to reduce the number of negative items in the most efficient way possible. Will they be reported as "charged off but paid/in collections but paid?" Also will negative items scheduled to be removed from your credit report raise you score once they are removed or has the damage been done?

I am currently in a chapter 13 behind on payments need to find a sell with option to buy back home program.

Tried to get on site today and was blocked. Kept coming up as an invalid username and/or password. I am assuming that it was an intentional thing from the evildoers, rather than a glitch as I tried several times with no luck. The upside is that I can now be certain that my emails were received and taken under advisement. Since I have been trapped in influenza h@ll for the past 10 days I have been unable to fax or mail anything to them. My hope is to get out this afternoon, copy them, fax them and put them in the mail over the next few days.

is it good to pay the creditor or the company it self

is there any way that i can file finacial hardship to either eliminate my wage garnishement or lower it.
