hello my namis mike ,I live in Columbus, Ohio. Last year I managed to roll up about 14 payday loans. I am making steady progreess in paying these all back. However, two have gone to legal mediation pratices (great to work with ) the two companies are check n go. for 560 and just recently Ace Cash Express(523). 3 weeks ago I paid 280 on Check N Go. I can pay the rest this week (280) They demand and made an arrangement for me to pay the ACE in full by Thursday at 12:30 or else they would proceed. I cannot pay the full 523.

I have 8 Pay Day Loans and I need to consolidate them so that I am able to pay the rest of my bills. I took these loans out initially to help a friend and then I needed to take the other ones out because I had a family emergency. Of course now I am stuck with these bi-monthly payments that I can not afford to pay and take care of my daily living needs. I live in New York City and wanted to know if there is any way to consolidate these pay day loans.

I have been speaking with one of the members here and apparently I have been acting like a real di** here recently. I didn't even realize I was doing it but I'm going to back off and keep my comments to myself and stick to posting facts only. Also if following all of this nobody wants me on the board just let me know and I will leave, I don't like being in places where I am not wanted. There are so many of us on this fourm that have fallen victim to Cash Call.....many have let their accounts go to collections and have done way better and some have ended up in court. Because of unfortunate circumstances, medical issues, I have not paid on my account since December.. I have been trying to figure out a way to pay them along with the hospital bills.... Today I received an e-mail from their loss mitigation department offering a change in terms. My interest rate lowered, thus my payment is lowered by about $90.00.

I was wondering if anyone can point me to a nice letter letting a certain creditor know they just violated the FDC act? I sent certified C&D not to contact me both at home or work, and let them know that i never received letters out last week, and they have been delivered. I sent one to general manager, president & collection supervisor. I have an option on my phone that lets me save voice mails into a wav file and they just called me last night. I still haven't gotten the letter i'm suppose to either regarding the debt.

hey everybody! guess what? i got the first prize for my drawing competition yesterday. i am so exited! actually it was a charitable function organized by my kid sister's school for under privileged children, and we were requested to participate. i drew a family picnic. had no idea that it would get me a prize, that too the first one!!! got a prize of 100$, and i donated it back to the organization. i also contributed another 50$. my sister was so happy too. :D i am so happy that i could contribute for this good cause.
