So I revoked ACH's on my PDL's of course they did not stop and they bank said they could not do anything about ach on payday loans but I could put a stop payment on them but that would not work because they were sending thru any amoun they could to try and get money. So now my checking account has been charge off for 800.00 and this is overdraft fees only they never paid anything for me. So now Regions is coming after me for the money and i have explained to them until i am blue in the face that they can eat it because I had tried to get their help before it got ungly and they would not.

Well, it's still on my CR from what I could tell. Is it just a matter of perseverance or is there something more I can do to remove CashCall from reporting to the credit bureaus?

I have 3 car registration loans and I just cant afford to pay them. Ive already paid well over the principle amt that was loaned to me, but had to keep renewing. Still paying original lein holder GMfinancial. <-- holds Title. Filing for bankruptcy because of other outstanding debt, medical bills, etc. My lawyer says they (LOANS) cannot repo car because they do not hold the Title? Already closed bank acct. per advise of my lawyer. Im not in default yet so I havent got the threating calls . But when they cant get pymt, Im just afraid I will walk out to my car and it wont be there one day.

We have been dealing with Chase for many years & then they hurried up & increased the interest rate before the deadline went into affect when the President changed that they couldnt after the certain date. Well long story short our interest increased to 29.99% from like 18%!! How can we get them to lower it so we can get it paid off? The balance is around $2300.00, PLEASE HELP!!

I took a out a student loan with a non for profit organization in 2005 when i was 17 years old (not legal) and signed a promissary note. Im 25 and its been 7 years now and they r sueing me for the balance, late fees, interest,court cost and attorney fees. I honestly didnt recall taking a loan from them as i was young right out of highschool and didnt know much. I stayed in the state that i graduated from college for about 3 years after graduation and did not receive any notification regarding payment for this loan.
