Hello - I am about $25000 in CC debt and am making the monthly payments but have little else after paying the my monthly payments What is the difference between debt settlement, debt management and debt consolidation? What are some reputable companies that I can seek advice and direction? Thanks

My husband also went through payday loans hes got over $1000 and keep up w/ them and was wandering what to do

I received a civil summons from a credit card company, and not sure how to respond to the attorney or if i should the company is cache, i have never even received any letters from them about the debt,instead they sent me a civil summons just wondering if anyone had any suggestions

I don't have a lot of payday loans. But I'm still not sure of how to get out of this mess. I'm in debt way over my head and these stupid loans don't help. I have or have had the following: Net Cash Usa borrowed 300 pd 480 paid in full Pay Day max borrowed 400 paid 640 paid in full Pay Day Max borrowed 500 paid 218 so far Think Cash borrowed 1750 paid 475 so far Paying 200 per pay period for just 2 payday loans is killing me, but I don't know what else to do. I can't seem to get a regular loan to pay these off. Please help if you can with any suggestions!

Hi, I received a default judgment against me last year from Wolpoff & Abramson because I wasn't smart and didn't fight them or go to court. Back in November they sent me a letter requesting information about my finances. On November 27, 2007 I sent them a letter requesting the following items before I would answer the questions. 1) Copy of Judgment 2) Copy of assignment of paperwork 3) Updated affidavit of costs I have heard nothing from their office until yesterday, I received a letter stating that they could negotiate a lump sum settlement on this account.

Hi there all. My first post. I've got 2 pdls, 1 internet (Cashnet USA) - $1400 1 storefront (Ace Cash Express) - $900 I want to consolidate these, but keep hitting dead ends. I can't get a loan or credit card to cover them because of my poor credit rating. I tried Langhorne, but they told me I don't qualify for their program because I only have two loans. I've only paid one extension on the Cashnet one ($350 - not touching the principle itself). On Ace I've paid nothing. So, there you are. What can I do?

Hi! Can anyone give me a form letter to send to LVNV to request that they report on my credit report a pif mark or be removed all together. The debt with be paid in a settlement with an attorney because the attorney lied to me and put me between a rock and a hard place. Either a judgment or a settlement, so I took the settlement to try to save my credit as much as possible. Can anyone recommend a way to get this to report better on my report?

They called today (Tim Atkins' assistant :roll: ) They are planning on garnishing my wages which they say is completely legal in my state (KY). He also said that I'm an idiot and I'm about to experience a really big problem.

They started calling in early Nov. 2007, I DV'd them, they responded with a cc statement at the end of Dec.
