Yes, I was dumb enough to think I could manage pay day loans! Now I am in WAY over my head and can't pay them back. I have other debt too. I want to do a debt management plan and am doing the research. However, money is due now and I have to do something. How long does it take to get a debt management plan up and running and how do I keep the payday loan companies from cashing my checks?? Any guidance would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!:(

I revoked ach with United Cash Loans. Sent via email. I get an no reply email that they received it but nothing else. I have sent it over and over. When I log into my account it shows contact compliance department. So I've been sending it over and over. Still no reponse except the no reply email that it was received and someone would contact me. I owe 120.00 on principal and have not closed bank account. Should I just wait it out or keep sending the email. I offered to send them the 120.00 if they would furnish me with mailing address.

Got a call today from 1st National Arbritation. They stated that there were charges against me and I was being sent papers tomorrow. The charges according to them is that I wrote a bad check. Finally the guy said it was in regards to Cashnetusa. I did default on that PDL left owing around 200.00. Is this just a bottom feeder? He finally hung up because I kept saying I didn't know what he was talking about.

Hi there, For 2 years i have been taking out a loan with this group, I paid back alot of fees. The loan was for 300 dollars. I repaid it, took out a new loan, and closed my bank account. Is anyone familiar with this company. I did a search and found they are located in IL. They keep calling my cell and now my home phone but will not send me anything in writing regarding debt varification. I am concerned they will contact my work number next. I have not been able to get information from them regarding what they are trying to collect. Is this a scam?

After over 90 minutes of phone calls with several people, I luckily got the one person who knew what she was doing back on the phone. I have been given a 7 day grace period, at which time the full amount will be debited from my account unless I set up a payment plan with a credit counselor.
