Does anyone know how to get a hold of ThinkCash. I have a loan through them and can not find a phone number or website to get info so I can pay it off. Also I paid off a loan I had through AIP and paid of 2000.00 to them in fees before I paid it off am I entitled to a refund??? They were jerks. I tried the whole filing a complaint with the BBB but they didnt believe me guess they will when they get notice

I consoliated my debts to bank of america and the amount of interest is as much as the amount deducted towards my debt, It appears I'll never see the balance decrease. Help

Not sure if this is the right forum, but maybe someone can help me out. On 1/3/08, I had $794.00 taken out of my checking account for a mortgage payment check that I wrote. Well it turns out that the mortgage compnay never got this check, but some company named Bank First Action Card did get the check and cashed it even though the check clearly did not have their name on it. I followed the procedure of filing an affidavid with my bank to get the funds reversed, but 6 weeks later still no funds.

Does anyone know this number 302 791 9666. I just got a call at work, I'm thinking it's payday yes. Should I call them back?

What can we do about these out of control collection agents? I was recently contacted about a debt I owe. Yeah, I owe the money, but as I explained to the dummy, it's not a priority with me right now. He had the gall to insist that I should pay. So I did the proper thing. I told him where he could stuff his unpaid debt with detailed anatomical descriptions. I gave him a few more anatomical suggestions as well, and additionally some for his wife, kids, and dog, and then slammed the phone down. I didn't hear anything for a while, so I figured the idiots got the message.

I am trying to pay off a debt that an ex-girlfriend of mine racked up. I just want to pay it and get it off of my record. I am suppose to pay AMO recoveries. What are the steps I should take to make sure that my credit reflects the fact that I paid off the debt?

I would like to know how I start getting organized with my debt? I dont know who half the companies are that want to collect payments, or how to contact them. Is there a way to find out who I owe money too so that I can make a plan.

anyone know where this creditor is located and also the name of the CEO? I am being charged by this company for credit that I never had and plan to take legal action against them.

hi. can you tell me if wamu has a policy of holding direct deposits so they can earn overdraft fees. I'm currently disputing over 2k in such fees and need to get legal remedy with proof they're doing this on purpose. they even show the funds are there then act like they're not and charge fees and then act like they posted later after I see online that the funds have already posted.
