I recently sent PGL the ACH Revocation letter, advising them that I would pay my remaining principal only and by 3 monthly payments. I have NOT heard back from them via email nor phone. In speaking with the bank to make sure everything was together on their end, I was asked for an exact $ amount of what would be pulled from my account if the ACH was not revoked. I had an experience last week that I'd like to share, to emphasize the importance of closing your bank account if you have PDL's with illegal lenders. I joined the forum some time ago, and thanks to the advice here, all of the illegal PDL's I had are gone. I did have to tolerate some harassment from some of them, but it does stop eventually. As far as the legal PDL's, I was able to pay most of them off, or reach a settlement.

I paid back way over $300 in extended payment plans. Then I paid off the loan and took out a new one and closed my checking account. They said this is fraud and there coming after me.
