Ok, so I have been with a debt settlement company for about 9 months now. Now I am concerned that it may be better to get out and try to do it on my own. I am not asking for legal advice, but just checking to see if anyone has been in my situation and has some person to person advice for me. I have already paid 750 in fees and they charge me about 80 a month in fees as well.. Not sure what to do as I feel like I am still sinking in debt.

NCB has been leaving messages and they all start with "this is a documented attempt to reach XYZ....." They are called me trying to reach my son. I have no use for collectors and will not give them any info.

I have been looking to replace my old car.I have apply for a couple of loans now. They have turned me down because of pass charge-off on my report. The big thing that hit me is that Transunion (which is what the bank looked at) said that I have no FICO score. The last time I borrowed money was six yaers ago(a car loan). I have been appoved by CarLoan which has a rate of 21% or go to a Buy Here Pay Here for around 24%. Which would be the best for getting a car. Dennis

how to stop interest on pdl but still pay off debt

On my Chase credit card it is 90 days late. After that it goes to collections right? If so what would they do if I just mailed them like $20 a month or something? Would that keep it from going to collections for a few months?

Got a call from 8776472700 they left a message I googled number and came up with Tritium card Services/Trojan collections. Anyone have any info on these clowns?

This number keeps calling me on my cell phone 255-255-783150893 - anyone know what it could be? When I answer someone says "hello" "hello" "hello"!
