I found out yesterday, after receiving the default judgment in the mail from my district justice of the peace (didn't know they handled small claims), that palisades had sued me and won the judgment. i am in shock.

I am trying to find out anything on this company that keeps debiting my account for $90 with this: DEBIT PAYDAY LOANS OF PAYDAY D I contacted my bank and they don't have any information on it either. Does anyone know who this might be and have any info on it? Thank you

OK HERE IT IS I CURRENTLY HAVE 17 ONLINE PDLS. IHAVE TALKED TO LANGHORNE THEY SEEM OK. BUT IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE ANY SETTLEMENTS WOULD BEGIN THERE FEES WOULD BETAKEN OUT OF THE 505.00 THEY WANT ME SET ASIDE EACH MONTH. FEES THE FIRST 3 MON. WOULD BE 484.00 TOTAL AFTER 6 MONTHS 1900.00.

I have had several users say they have private messaged me information, but I do not have any messages in my inbox. I have sent two and they are still in my sentbox, but no incoming. Is there anything I need to do with my norton security or anything to get messages. I am jaglady17

I was unable to close my bank account due to pending Transactions. Now once again my account will be debited for these loans. My bank account has overdraft protection, so even if i draw my money out, these people still get paid andi have to pay the bank. Is there anyway to stop this I live in pa I am desperate

I live in Arkansas, but I have 4 PDL from the Internet that are killing me..first off the account that they are debiting out of right now does not even have my name on it...my husband had me removed off this account about a year ago behind my back...the bank does not list me as an authorized user..so first of all these companies apparently did not check with the bank before depositing funds.I wish they would have because i have been a fool.Can someone help me get these cleared out because they won't stop drawing these payments out and now I am on the edge of divorce.

okay, so I can't understand half the words they said on the phone, I got a voicemail though with a scary voice saying I do have to call 2 days in advanced and because i didn't they will take out 80- to make an extension??? I am ONLY 18 and am very very very new to this but i guess i probably stumbled on to a loan when I first got my car and forgot that I had other bills to pay... I am not having a hard time with casnetusa or paydayone.... but Big LIMITED is really kicking my in the tush.... I call, and they don't ever have someone available....
