Has anyone ever used Payday Freedom? I have been on the Payday Freedom "program" since July 2011. Yes, I know that I could've done what they're doing myself. But, at the time, I wasn't as informed as I am now and was just freaking out. Now, I'm thinking that I've really and truly made a mistake. When I began the program I had 6 payday loans.

I asked for an epp with Speedy Cash. They are legal in Mississippi where I live. They told me that I qualified for the EPP but the payment would be broken up into 2 payments. Isn't it supposed to be 4 payments? I owe 240.00 and she said it would be 120.00 each payday.

My daughter took out a loan with Cashnet a while ago. She and her husband got laid off. The payment to Cashnet bounced. She assumed they would redeposit and soon lost track of it. She never heard from them again. She just started a new job and today a lawyer called her and said they are suing her for fraud. They said she knew when she took out the loan that she was not going to repay it. Now they want all the money right now or they are going to go to court and she will have to pay the court costs too.

I posted about this before but I want to be clear before I proceed. I called United and changed all my contact info. Changed my work, cell, and reference numbers to try and ward off calls after I send them my revocation notice. I owe $120.00 on principal and intend to pay that as long as they give me a usps address to send a money order to. Seaside has a huge amount of info on their contract regarding ach. It states that I cannot revoke ach as long as I owe them. If I do revoke ach then they can create a paper check against my checking account. Has anyone ever had that done?
