my posts are all gone i cant find them ...it was titled"trying to refinance"

I am still trying to get away from the payday loans. I ended up taking out another one in order to not be overdrawn from one that was totally due. I need help and don't know what to do.

Has anyone heard of or used this credit repair service?

i just dont know what to do.i want to refinance my house but i am running in to a few problems.on my credit report i have a judgment from midland credit managment. there is a case number and a date filed of febuary 2002. i went to the county clerks office and there is NO judgement on record. but that is not good enough for the bank. they want me to contact midland credit and or the credit beaurus to see whay this is on there.i do beleive that this was from a montgomery wards credit card from about 13 years ago.

Just curious, has anyone else taken payday loans out thru achloan.com? I'm working with the State of Maryland Financial Commission on getting out of my payday loans, have closed my bank, etc. Payday loans are illegal in Maryland. Haven't heard much from the other payday loan companies I was dealing with, but dealing with achloan.com is a REAL experience! The people w/ the State of MD told me to just hang up on ach when they call, but they call right back - they're calling at my work, they're saying they're going to come and get me, and so on.

How long does a CA have to validate debt once letter has been DV letter has been recieved?

Thank God for this site. I need some advice. I've have four payday loan companies I'm dealing with. Before I came to this site I had just recently closed my account. I was thinking of calling the pdl companies and setting up a payment plan if they would. Here are the companies, state I live in and amounts owed to each. Please give any feedback that could help me repay them. I really won't to its just I got in over my head in this cycle. Thanks. Back in July the lovely 'law firm' of Weltman, weinberg and Reis sent me a 'bill' for a citibank card that was charged off almost 2 years ago. So I sent them a DV letter CMRRR and never heard anything back. Now over the last week or so I got a call from my mom in Wisconsin (I live in Ohio) saying that WW&R and calling her cell phone looking for me about the SAME ACCOUNT. Is that legal? Since they couldnt validate back in July they just sit on it and try again a few months later using my old address?

I have been contacted by this company various times and have received numerous treating emails requesting that I call them to prevent "paperwork being processed" I know these people are a bunch of jerks. They say I owe them $330, but they made unauthorized withdrawals from my account back in March when I tried to make arrangements with them. Causing me to have to close my account. This was all at the same time that I lost my job. I have no way of paying them and they claim I must pay in full by 12/31 ... I don't want to call them but I'm not sure what else to do. Please advise!!
