Hello , Me and my mother are both on social secrity! and we are trying hard to get out of debt. We have a home we can not sell and cant afford, and cus of our bad credit we havent been able to down size to a apartment. I really dont know what to do. i have a judgment against an individual from the county courts. how do i make sure that it turns up on his credit report?

OMG!!!! I can't even believe it!! My little boy wanted a Wii more than anything for Christmas. They are the hot item this year, people are freakin' camping out for them. We were so upset, Andrew is so good, he gets perfect grades, and he is the light of our life. He deserves a Wii, and we wanted to give him one. We thought there was no way in hell we could. But we got one!!! And we didn't even have to camp out! My husband happened to be by the loading dock at walmart when the line started to form..He didn't even know the truck was coming! They got 10 wiis, and my husband was 3rd in line!
