hello, I have outstanding debts that I have to sort out. I was receiving so many collection calls that I changed my home number to an unlisted number. Then lo and behold I started receiving calls on that unlisted number from allied interstate...several recordings left daily. How in the heck? Would you recommend I contact them? I wanna know how they got through...It is a private number now...not listed. I had peace and quiet for all of 2 weeks. agggghh!

Hi, Does anybody know the contact number Worldside Asset Purchasing. I cant resolve the judgment with the law firm that they gave it to. I'm sure it will be better for me to talk to them directly and may be I can get a better settlement with them?

I am new to the site as this morning. I posted something earlier but its not on the boards anymore. Her is the scoop. I have three agencies after me. I have only verified the debt with one and am working on a payment arrangement, Bronson and Migliaccio they are working for CACH,LLC - Don't even know who they are. They say I owe $9700 - It is for a bank of amaerica account that was only aroun$7k when charged off. Very pushy people, threating me to sue tomorrow Weltman, weinberg & reis. Haven;t heard much from them yet.

Well it isn't fun...but it's over. I can't talk very well at all and have some swelling already. There is some pain but not as bad as I thought it would be..I might be able to eat by Christmas...hopefully. Till then liquids and soft foods. They did find a small cyst also which they removed. To all my closest friends who helped me through this...and I know you know who you are...I want to say Thank You...you have no idea how much your support and help has meant to me. :rose:

My car was towed. I called the tow company the next day. I told them to keep and sell the car, I didnt want it. I asked them, "will I be charged anything?" They responded, "You will not be charged for anything else" One year and 6 months later I check my credit report an I have a defaulted account with said towing service for $1.3k. To this day, I have NEVER recieved one peice of documentation or phone call from any organization about this. I was blown away. I called the towing service and requested information.

does anyone know what going on with Star Light Financial, LLC. they send me a email to day forgiven my balance and told me they would not collect anymore from me ?

I defaulted on 4 pdls. Did a stop payment on them. Bank would not freeze or credit only account. anyway, SSM contacted me. Only told her I would call her back. I am filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Should I tell them this. I will need their address to list creditors for meeting of creditors.

How do i discharge a student loan? i am a single mother well below the poverty line!! there has to be a way? i already filed bankruptcy, but the collectors keep calling? i cant afford a lawyer and i just keep getting the run around elsewhere!

How do you know if you have over paid on your pdl? I have one pdl that I borrowed $500 and as of today, I have paid $1,350 in fees and still going....help?
