Hey everyone. I wrote about someone from BMG calling my cell phone, only # they have, and only having 913913 show up on my caller I.D. How do they do that? Also, when I checked my cell phone records, the call isn't noted and doesn't even show up on my cell phone account. How do they do that also? How else can I record their illegal phone calls? I finally got my letter of meeting of creditors for next month. Does anybody know what kind of question they ask during the meeting. What should we do (my wife and I) before and during the meeting so the meeting will go smoothly. I'm kind of nervous, so pls. any advise is really appriciated. My attorney filed me for Chpt 7.

Hi everyone, Just from reading past posts and replies, you have been pretty helpful. I am new to this and not too sure as to what you will be able to help me with or inform me of. I have occurred nearly $9,000 in credit card debt and also have ~$25,000 in student loans. I am doing an internship this semester, my last semester, at STARR Commonwealth and have nearly been promised a job (22,000/yr) for when I graduate. I will be done with school in May, but I do not want my credit to suffer more than it has already.

My wife ended up having our baby when I was between jobs and insurance had not kicked in until right after... as a result I ended up paying by cash on most all procedures.
