If I close my account to stop the payday loan places what about my direct deposit and any other debits I need to come out of my account.

Ok, I got a little out of control playing on my wifes Bodog account the other night and lost $1111 from her credit card. A few days later after reality set in I disputed the charges as fraud with my CC. They took off the charges and today I got some emails from Bodog saying that they will send to collections and report to credit agencies. I do not want my wifes credit to get affected. I am fmailiar with disputing charges with the bureaus and I will dispute in writing when I hear from the collection agency. Can they put a gambling debt on credit report?

to anyone who have recently used this company beware. they have just sent me a e-mail stating that they will not respond to the bbb due to the fact they are trying to ruin their company name

As of July 2007 a Desist and Refrain Order was placed against Loan Shop aka Broadmore Ventures, Express Cash, Xpress Cash, Westbury Ventures, Plaza Processing, ASAP, PD6 Ventures, DMS Marketing, and LTS Management. They told me that they cannot handle the complaint as it deals with a collection agency and debt. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. They did respond with the attached file. I also compained to the RI Attorney General's office.

I need to find out who I need to contact to consolidate all of my loans. I have 3 payday loans and one cash call loan as well as $5,000 in credit card debt. Who consolidates all of this?

im having my check garnished from a judgment in georgia but i live in alabama there going thru a sister company we have in georgia can this happen if it hasnt been domesticated to alabama ? and i was never served and the SOL would be up according to alabama laws this judgement is over 7 years old

Does anyone know if you do not have an address - only a PO Box (such as for M1Y Direct) if you can fax a letter to revoke wage assignments and it still be legit?

My wife and I have never been late on anything but our debt load has become unmanagable. We entered a debt management plan almost two years ago and have been able to barely get by every month until now. Also we have done things to reduce our monthly costs, ie eliminated some things like cable and such. Well my car died and it will cost $3500 to repair, $3500 we do not have. And also her student loans have started to come due over the last two months. We can not keep up any longer and will soon fall behind.

I faxed NCA a letter about an account they are trying to collect on, and in that letter stated very clearly that I was requesting in writing they stop calling and conduct all business by mail. Well, less than 3 hours later they called and left a message stating they had gotten the fax and asked me to call back to "work something out." I then got a call the next day from another 602 number (I've been trying to track it but I can't find it anywhere. I'm assuming it's NCA though). Is there anything I can do to stop calling?
